I had a toothache so bad I couldn’t stop crying. I was unhappy with my last dentist and so i asked my employees for advice. One of them had just recently gone here and loved it, so I called. They booked me for two days later, but immediately called me back after realizing how much pain I was in and told me to come in. I couldn’t believe how nice they were and knew I was in a lot of pain. Thank you. Especially Nat. Now for Dr Carroll. He knew I was scared and in pain. He promised me he was gonna take care of me. And he did. I have always felt pain when the novocain was given. I never did with him! The extractions, same thing. No pain! The days following, no pain! I am so grateful for him. Thank you sir, you are amazing! I’m gonna have a lot more done to my teeth with him and I’m not even scared. I can’t wait to smile again. I’m so happy with him I wanted to stand out front his business with a sign saying how great they are, but this way I won’t look like a nut! Thank you guys again, you truly are the best!!!!

Dr. Carroll made a new set of dentures for me in 2023. I have been impressed with the fit and look of them, they are much better than my old set. I have not had any problems so far. Very happy and would recommend if you need dentures or new teeth. When I am back in yuma, he will be my dentist.

I have been going to this office for a few years now. Always great communication and good service. I took my step-daughter to Yuma Dentistry for Kids since she had been there once before but they told us she had a severe cavity that needed a crown or else it might get infected but they couldn’t get her in until September (2 months). I needed to get her in within the next week for family reasons, so I called Dr. Carroll’s office and they got her in the following week ASAP and just performed a filling. Thank you!!!

I highly HIGHLY recommend Dr Carroll and his team. I’ve seen them a few times now, and complained about sensitivity on some of my teeth. Dr Carroll recommended that I have new enamel put on some of my teeth to alleviate the sensitivity. I was a little hesitant and honestly very nervous for the procedure as I have a lot of medical anxiety. Dr Carroll and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was calm, taken care of, and reassured during the whole process. They talked me through my fears and I really felt very comfortable in their care. I highly recommend this team to anyone in the area looking for a very caring and knowledgeable dental care team.

Dr. Carroll and Natalie are absolutely awesome!! They make you feel welcome from the minute you step into the office. I currently have braces and met with Dr. Carroll to look at my front crown. They coordinated with my orthodontist to make my crown smaller so we can finish closing the gaps in my teeth. Once my braces are off I will be going back to get a whole new crown. They do great work, I definitely recommend them!

I'm new to Yuma so I read a lot of reviews before deciding on who to make an initial appointment with. The reviews were on point! Dr. Carroll and Natalie went above and beyond to get me into the office same day. I don't know what they sacrificed in their day for me, but my smile looks amazing. Dr. Carroll's touch is so gentle - I didn't even know he did numbing injections because I didn't feel a thing until I was numb. Their bedside manner is also very pleasant. I will certainly be keeping follow up appointments with them! They're worth it!

I am terrified of going to the Dentist but after a small accident I needed to get a crown. I found Dr. Carroll through online reviews and went in. Natalie was amazing when I explained my anxiety and fears to her regarding an experience I had in Algadones. Dr. Carroll and Natalie are THE BEST they walked me through and made sure I was ok through the entire process. Now I feel silly for crying ???? After first going to MX and having a mediocre teeth cleaning, plus being told that I had 6 cavities without ever taking xrays, I called Yuma Smiles. They did complete digital full mouth xrays and the BEST teeth cleaning I’ve had in years! State of the art office and CLEAN! Natalie and Shanel are excellent as is Dr Carroll. Highly recommend these people. AND.. it turns out, I actually had NO cavities! Thank you all!

NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD A BETTER DENTIST!!!! Before I moved to Yuma I was TERRIFIED of the dentist... but after meeting Dr.Carroll and his staff I am no longer afraid. The staff warmly greet you everytime you go in. Dr. Carroll is very gentle and will explain everything he is doing. I told the staff I was scared of needles and before they did anything involving a needle they told me what was going on and talk me through it or put a towel over my eyes to make sure I didnt see it. They are so sweet they called me (after I had 2 teeth pulled) to see how I was feeling. I am very happy with my experience here and will be a patient if his for as long as he is around.

I have been seeing Dr. Carroll since Dr. Clark retired. I have found Dr. Carroll to be very knowledgeable , personable and caring for his patients. I love his perfectionlism and his bed side manner. His state of the art equipment is impressive. I had to have my front tooth fixed , matched for whiteness and he went above and beyond to create it and make sure I was satisfied and that he was happy with the result as well , he truly cares. Amazing service! I was scheduled for a Friday (which is typically only an admin day) to be seen for a retainer casting. My schedule at work is restrictive and I let Natalie know that I wouldn't be able to pick the final product up for a couple of months due to my work schedule. She went above and beyond to hand deliver my retainer to me the same day it was casted with no extra charge!! You can't say that about many businesses, thanks so much Yuma Smiles, and a special thanks to Natalie.

Dr. Carroll has state-of-the-art equipment and can do it all. I was able to get my new crown replaced on the same day with only the one visit. I've been going there for years and never had to wait past my appointment time. The office staff are all friendly, helpful, efficient, prompt, and make you feel at home and more importantly, comfortable. Dr. Carroll remembers details from prior visits and always follows up on them. A real bonus for me is that he has a way with giving the shots to numb your mouth without it hurting! I'm very grateful for the excellent care I get from Dr. Carroll and his staff.

I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Carroll over the past -I have been with him since he started practice in Yuma. He and his staff have always treated me professionally and respectfully. I say 'had' because I just moved out of state and now I hope to find a new dentist as skilled as Dr. Carroll. My last visit was a highlight for me. He gave me a brand new, much improved smile by replacing my top front six teeth with crowns made by him on site. The change is amazing and I say "thank you Dr. Carroll!"

Second visit - 2/4/16 - Deep Clean Procedure and a Wisdom tooth extraction - Again, I can't say enough about my visit. The staff from the moment you walk in the door are professional and friendly. My procedure was 99.5% pain free and the extraction was 100% pain free. I was given information every step of the way and was made to feel comfortable at all times. Since my wife and I have been visiting Dr Carroll, our dental health has improved significantly. We are no longer hesitant to "visit the dentist" because Dr Carroll and his staff provide professional and pain-free dental care. I had such a great experience with 32nd Street Dental Care! Dr. Carroll is excellent, and the entire staff is very helpful! The office has a cheerful atmosphere and the customer service is fantastic. I had to get a tooth extracted, and a fake tooth made to take its place. Both procedures were virtually painless, and the new tooth was made right there in the office! I got to watch my tooth being made, and it only tooth about 20-30 minutes! It was amazing, and it fit perfectly! I really appreciate Dr. Carroll's attention to detail, and the fact that he took the time to call me personally a day or so after each procedure to make sure everything was going the way we expected (and it was). I also want to say that Natalie, Dr. Carroll's assistant, is absolutely wonderful! She's extremely accommodating, and my teeth always feel great after I go in for my cleanings. 🙂 I would definitely recommend 32nd Street Dental Care. They do an amazing job!
